Hey everyone, I'm wondering if PBI's funnel chart can perform color gradients without having to adjust the color of the bar each time a value slips below a certain level, or achieves 100%, etc. This would be something like conditional formatting in Excel?
I have 7 categories where each category has the capability of changing completion percentage and would like to establish, e.g., 95%-100% as green, 85%-94% as blue, etc. on down the scale to 0-50% as red. Not sure if this is possible, and if any coding needs to be performed to do this, well, I'm SOL. I'm not that talented.
Any help is always appreciated!
Hi @NotMyJob ,
When you refer that you have seven categories are this seven different measures (calculations) or is it a single measure with categories has Category on the funnel?
If you have a single calculation and category values then you just need to go to colours and select the fx option and select rules:
If you are picking up several measures you need to create a disconnect table with the values fo the categories and then a switch measure to get the values then you can use the option above.
