Cell Elements Data Bar Values on Outside of Bar

I would like the values on these data bars to be in the red highlighted areas (3 examples shown only). It seems like my only alignment options are left, middle and right. Is there any way to get the values to be on the outside of the bar?

@dshao , I doubt we have many options in the case of data bars, hide the values(Show bar only) and add value to another column
