Card Visual with Text and Time since last Incident timings

Hi All,

I want to create a card where If there is a New Major Incident date in the Actual Start column it should reflect in card as (Currently Major Incident Running ) else it should show the Timings in Card as Time since last incident (Duration) Below is the example of same 

For Example - Under Actual start if the date is added new (New Incident created) then in the Time Since last major incident card it should reflect (Currently Major Incident Running) else it should consider the latest End Time minus Today(Duartion)

Create a measure using TOPN (where N is 1)
TOPN function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn

The other option is to use a Filter pane and select Top 1

Hi @3CloudThomas Thanks for your reply . My qustion is If there is a New incident and End CST is blank in Card visual it should show (Currently MI Running) Else it should subtract the latest End Time CST to today.
