Can't add report level filters

Hello...

I am not able to add any report level filters to the PBI project I'm working on using the desktop version connected to a SQL database. When I try to add a report level filter, all that is added to the report level filters section is what you can see in the picture (a black bar). THoughts, anyone?

Hmm, odd. Is this import or Direct Query?

Import. However, it seems to have resolved itself somehow! Thank you though!
