Calculating Difference of Dates and KPI visual of % in time

Hi everyone! I'm having a bit of a problem displaying a visual of a percentage of on-time deliveries. I have 2 columns: Estimated Delivery Date and Real Delivery Date. If Real Delivery Late < Estimated Delivery Date, then the delivery was done on time.

Then, the total deliveries in time divided by total deliveries should be equal to the % of On-Time Deliveries and I should be able to place that in a Card visual.

I tried using a meassure with DATEDIFF and then another one with an IF, but it is not counting as I expect it to. Anyone knows a workaround for this?

The table looks like this:

Estimated DeliveryReal Delivery
10/08/202207/08/2022
11/08/202210/02/2022
12/08/202225/10/2022
13/08/202231/07/2022
14/08/202228/08/2022
15/08/202215/08/2022
16/08/202216/09/2022

For this example, the visual should display "43%".

Thank you very much!

@pcda this is what I will do, first add a column to flag if delivery is on time or late and then add a measure to show in the visual

Delivery Status Column =
IF ( Table[Real Delivery Date] < Table[Estimate Delivery Date], "OnTime", "Late" )

Count Measure = COUNTROWS ( Table )

On Time % Measure =
DIVIDE (
CALCULATE ( [Count Measure], Table[Delivery Status Column] = "OnTime" ),
    CALCULATE ( [Count Measure], ALL () )
)
