Buttons to send questions and feedback via email

In my report, I would like to give the users the option to send their questions and feedback to me, the developer, via email without leaving the report. I would like to use different buttons for Feedback and Question. Is there a way for me to add this to the title page of my report so the user can send me their message?

You can add text box and use HyperLink:

for Feedbak = mailto:YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS?subject=Feedbak

for Questions= mailto:YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS?subject=Questions
