Broken "Filters" panel

Hi, 

My filter panel is broken and even though I have updated my dekstop version to the latest one, still exists. Did you experience something similiar, if yes how did you overcome on this issue.

Have you tried closing the app and then re-opening it? Reverting to an older version?
