Between Dates Make Passive one of the Selection

I have a report but I haven't created. 

There is such limitation:

How the date filters can be restricted? I couldn't find any where. How can I make one of the between selections passive?

@Anonymous , Only your calendar(Table)  can restrict it. or static visual level filter can do that

You can set the visual filter of the date field in the slicer like this to restrict it:
