Bar chart with line, display labels only, no line

Hello,

I am using a bar graph with a line to show projected values, actual values (the bars) and the difference between both ( the line).  Is there a way to only display the percentage difference labels and not the actual line?

 For example, leave the red percentages and remove the blue line?
