Adobe Analytics 2.0 running VERY slow

Hi All. Has anyone run into the issue with AA 2.0 running very slow. I'm averaging 1 row of data every 5 seconds. This is making data loading impossible, especially when loading historical data. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to update?  Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think you can try to reduce the date range, dimension/measures, or granularity and see if that helps.  There is a code about how to chuck out the date range into weeks/day and then query those subsets before combining them together in the Query Editor.

EDIT: More info on connector bugs: Adobe Analytics Connector

Here is an offical blog, I hope it could help you solve your issue.

Hi @Anonymous were you able to find a solution? I used the Adobe native connector but I had some issues from time to time. As a workaround, maybe you can test your connection with a 3rd party connector, I use widnsor.ai's Adobe connector and my data loads fine even for large date ranges. In case you wonder, to make the connection first search for the Adobe connector in the data sources list:

ADOBE-1.png

Then, you should enter your Adobe credentials to make the connection. After that, you'll see a preview of your data where you can select the fields you want to see in PBI.

ADOBE-2.png

Finally, you just have to choose PBI as destination and copy and paste the url that will appear there in PBI desktop --> Get Data --Web > --> Paste the link
