in the table below 2 columns total tickets and measure and i want to devide each row in total tickets to the Total for measure as showing below :

Please try ALL( ) function. For example,
This is my test table:
The measures I created:
Measure 1 = SUM('Table'[Value])
Measure 2 = SUMX(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Value])
Total ticket / Measure 2 = DIVIDE(SUM('Table'[Total tickets]),[Measure 2])
Then you can devide each row in total tickets to the Total for measure:
