I have two dates in the table (invoice date (active relation with Dates Table) & receipt date(inactive relation with dates).
The result is not complete.

Thanks for @HotChilli reply. Based on your description, you can take the following approaches to resolve the problem of the USERELATIONSHIP function not working.
1. If there is an active relationship, it will override the relationship you are trying to use USERELATIONSHIP.You may need to check for any active relationships that may be interfering with your calculations.

2. Associate the correct columns and ensure that your DAX syntax is correct.
