Repost: Some css resources of the Community Site are not loaded correctly in China

Hi, I repost this problem here:

I found this issue from developer community and would like to report to you. It happend in China region. The stylesheet files can't accessible under cable or WiFi or 4G networks. It not depend on browser or computer.

Please check these 2 screenshots:

A probably solution is update use a cdn site that can correctly access in China.
