scheduled refresh not working because credentials provided for the OData invalid

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to do a scheduled refresh of the data which connects to Dynamics CRM. I believe this can only be done on the browser version of BI. But then it says: "The credentials provided for the OData source are invalid." Those credentials have no problem on the desktop version. I tried every combination of signing in and no luck. Even though there is a thread in this community similar to what I'm saying, those solutions do not work for me. I tried "Anonymous" and Public, Private, Organization... I think everything. To be precise I'm doing an OData connection using the web address provided by Ellucian Advance CRM, which is a company for higher ed built on Dynamics CRM. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what you said that it is provided by "Ellucian Advance CRM" it could be that they have another way to authenticate, which is different from the standard Dynamics CRM connector.

I would suggest contacting Ellucian Advance CRM to see how to authenticate!

So I did contact them and Ellucian is working with MS to resolve this. Might take some time but we'll see where it goes. Thank you.
