how to update email in the forum settings?

I`m presuming the reason I cant change my email in this forums settings/profile area is because that email is linked to my Tenant, which gives me access to PBIS. And so I would need to go through the tenant admin to change that for here as well?

because there is nothing here that allows me to update the email.
