Hi,
I would like to change the wallpaper or background of the powerbi service to a grey simialr to this forum, i can chage the page background/theme of report but not in the services like the theme of powerbi service
any ideas, please help

I don't think that's possible.
In the Admin Portal you can only change the "Theme Color". But that's only the color of the top bar:
The rest will always look identical in Power BI Service.
The only exception is the background in a dashboard and as you figured out the background in a report.

It's sadly that Power BI Service doesn't currently support the ability to customize the background color.
In my opinion, this feature is very necessary for some users who need to customize the look and feel.
Maybe you can submit your ideas and suggestions to Power BI through the Microsoft Fabric Ideas platform. The platform is designed to gather feedback from users to help improve the functionality and experience of Power BI.
