I have set up incremental refresh to load data only for last day and archiving last 3 years data from snowflake , it is taking long time to load and power bi session timeout is happening
Hi @powerbiexpert22 ,
Thank you for @sergej_og answer , and I have other suggestions for you:
1.Specify smaller refresh and storage cycles. Instead of loading the entire last 3 years of data, consider breaking it down into smaller chunks (e.g., monthly or quarterly) to reduce load times. It can also be explored using data streams that support incremental refreshing of sources such as CSV flat files
2.To solve the session timeout problem, see the following post for details:

A bit less information @powerbiexpert22 .
- Do you have a semantic model or a dataflow?
- Do you have set up RangeStart and RangeEnd variables?
- Did you set your filter on your DateTime column properly?
There are a lot of questions still in the room...
