Hi all,
We have a report where we have pinned a simple card visual to a dashboard and have created an alert on that card that when triggered will send out an email (Power Automate)
1. We would like to include on the email some of the visuals in the report, for instance a table. Can that be done? How?
2. Another option would be to include a link in the email to a page in the report where that visual is. Let's call it "alert page". However, this alert page should not be visible in the main report; we would want it hidden in the main report and only accessible after the user gets the link by email. Is it possible to hide the alert page on the main report and yet provide access to it? Would we have to create a second report with the alert page?
Many thanks
Hi @AlB ,
1 NO, Alert in power bi service is not support add a visual. As you said, you can use pwoer automate to create a flow to export a report and email it. please refer this article.

Change the Recurrence as the when a data driven alert is triggered.
2 Hide the alert page. You can add a bookmark in the main page when you have hided the link to alert page.
You can read the following article to know how to create a bookmark.
