Guest accounts can't schedule refresh

I am a guest user and have been added to an external workspace. I have a Power BI pro license and I am able to publish reports to the workspace and refresh them once the data source credentials are set up, however, I cannot acces the dataset settings to schedule a refresh or update the data source credentials. The side bar is also missing and I cannot access my workspace or the workspace I am publishing too except through direct link.

We folllowed that page for the initial setup. I don't see the issues we are facing in the list of considerations and limitations. I have a pro license and am added as a guest user in the Azure Tenant and have the same permissions as a member.

You need to check with the Tenant admin
