Fetching Data from oracle Fusion to power bi

Dear All Users 

 

Currently i am facing this problem where i need to fetch data from oracle fusion .i cant use biconnector since its too high in price.i am new to this data world .i would really like your help with step by step how to fetch data from oracle fusion and push it to power bi .I have all microsoft products available to me  .Please need everyone's help urgently
