We have an audience in an app that's available to external clients who are members of a mail-enabled security group. But they can't access the app. The users in the group in question are able to access content in a different audience in the same app (permissioned by a non-mail enabled security group), so it appears the issue is with the mail-enabled group itself. Is there a checklist somewhere for creating mail-enabled groups that I can refer to to confirm all the necessary steps have been taken to grant members the access they need? Thanks!
So the external user can access the app when he is in security group ? But I tested with mail enabled group , the external can also access the app . Can you talk me through your procedure in detail?
