Issue:
PDF Export function is not exporting the Visio Visual post April 8th 2024 Power BI release?
- Visio visual is exporting a blank white square with a fine grey border around it instead of the Visio drawing.
- All other visuals export as expected
- The visio zoom control buttons etc. would also normally export but not now
- Issue first appeard on April 8th 2024. Release date of new version of Power BI Desktop and Possibly service? Possibly Related?
- The report has been running as a Scheduled subscription with no issues until above date with no changes to report.
- Report displays as expected in Service and Desktop
Testing:
❌ Exports incorrectly:
-- In the Service and Desktop
-- Manual export and subsription export
✅ Exports Correctly
-- As a PowerPoint
Have tried multiple machines with differeing PDF viewers
Redacted Screenshots:
Expected Result -
