Clearing permissions from data flows

The only way to clear permissions in data flows is to export the JSON file of the dataflow in order to import it back, then loosing all connections from datasets which are using this data flow. Could you provide a more convenient way to reset or remove permissions from data flow ? thank you

Hi @jean-louis

We control access permissions at the dataflow level through granting access to the entire workspace . So you can clear the permissions in workspace access .

Hello and thank you for your answer but my issue is not regarding dataflow access (to consume it) but the credentials used by the dataflow to be connected to a data source (sharepoint Excel file or database for examples). Even if you remove a request (a data source) from your dataflow, the connection used is still there. In power query you can remove those useless credentials when you don't use anymore the related data sources but not in dataflow (power query online). Of course it's not a big deal, the dataflow can be refreshed but you still have an error on the credentials of the dataflow. Thank you 😊
