columns from front end to power query

I have 2 columns in the front end. They are not shown in power query. I want to edit them in power query. How can I do?

a DAX calculated column does not exist in Power Query. Power Query is a previous stage. If you want to create the columns in Power Query, you can do that

If I understand correctly I have to use M code, which I dont know much about. 

In most cases you can use user interfece which is user friendly.
