Unstructured Data - Info from one row on two lines

I have unstructured data in a text file taken from a mainframe. I have used PQ to import the data successfully, however the info from each line is spread across two cells vertically. For example I have Joe Bloggs but Joe is in the first cell and Bloggs is in the cell below. How do I combine these cells together. I you could point me int eh direction of a video that would be great.

@RedPaddy ,

Hi,

You can get below row value to top row using two index columns.

Can you share some sample data?

Sample Data

Hi,

Link above to sample data. You will see there are two claims, 1 with one item and 1 with 2 items and both have total lines underneath. I need to keep the individual items for each claim and get rid of the totals. then I need to put the second line for each item (e.g. REF2, Detailed Text and Name/Email)  rolled up to the first line. I hope that makes sense.

thanks
