How do I merge different columns in the same table?

Hello everyone. I would like help and to know if it is possible in something that I am having difficulty in Power Query.

 

I have a table where in different columns it has the Registration Indicator. But I would like to join these columns into one. That is, do a merge from a reference column, which is the Ad ID.

 

Where in one line of the specific ID it has for example:

 

Column A: 2 registrations

Column B: 2 entries

Column C: 0 entries

 

It returns me in column D 4 entries.

 

In short, what I want to do is equal to the Query Merge, but in the same table, using columns, instead of doing it between 2 tables.

 

Does anyone know how to help me with this?

Hello @matheus_peppers ,
if my understanding is correct, you can merge them like so:
check all 3 columns -> Add column -> Merge columns:
