Conditional Column - if, then not working properly

Hi, I am trying a relatively simple if then in a new Conditional Column.
The results are clearly incorrect and I cannot figure out why.

All of the results show "In Progress" while some of the results should be showing "Completed".

if [Completed but late] = "Completed but late" and [Completed in time] = "Completed in time" and [Issues] = "null" and [Not Started] = "null" then "Completed" else "In Progress")

Hi @Anonymous ,

you can do like

if ([Completed but late] <> null
or [Completed in time] <> null )
and [Issues] = null
and [Not Started] = null
then "Completed"
else
"In Progress"
