Using PowerBI Report Filter For the PowerApp Data Source

I have a PowerBi Report that lists Invoices from many vendors.  My database has thousands of invoices.

Using Slicers, I'd like the customer to be able to narrow down  a PowerBI Table of these invoices.

Then when user selects a row in the Data Table, have that filter a Power App Gallery to show the selection of the PowerBI Row.

I can see that in Power BI Desktop, that a "Filter Applied" to the Power App component seemingly has the right value.

How to consume that in the Power App Gallery?

Screen shot is, a Data Table of invoices on the Left, a Slicer of Vendors in the middle, and the PowerApp Gallery on the right.

The Power App Gallery Items is set to: PowerBIIntegration.Data

So I tried to do this on the Gallery:

LookUp('POWER_APP.FREIGHT_ATTRIBUTES',FREIGHT_SHIPMENT_ID=First(PowerBIIntegration.Data).FREIGHT_SHIPMENT_ID)

It works in the sense that the Gallery is only showing the first invoice , but it's of the entire data table of 1,000s of invoices.

The PowerBIIntegration Data Source seems like it's a static data table of the entire table... never reflecting filters on the Power BI Page.

When I posted before about seeing the Applied Filter with the proper selected value, that was due to the Edit Interactions on the PowerBI Table filtering into the Power App component.  But inside the Gallery, there's no reactivity to any of the choices made in the rest of the Power BI Report.

Am I missing something basic?
