Is there a way to extract the applied filters and page name from Power Bi to MS form ?

Hi, we would like to collect feedback on errors in a report/dasboard. We would like to redirect users from Power Bi to the dedicated MS form but have already the fields about the applied filters or page name prefilled for a user. Is it possible? If yes, can somebody advise on how to do it?
