Adding a "new" office group as a workspace

Hello,

Could someone please help me on this one? my company took off the possibility of creating a classic workspace long time ago in the admin panel,

But now I have the need to create a workspace where everything is shared by default with an existing O365 group...

I don't want to create a new workspace with the attached sharepoint-planner-mail, but rather use an existing group and post inside it

Is it possible? how could i acheve this?
