Refresh data or Apply changes pop up Not displaying or unable to click okay or x to close

Just updated to March 2023 and my refresh window will either popup behind and unable to bring to front or when it does pop up clicking on Cancel or the windows close button x is unresponsive.   Have to End Task to get powerbi desktop back.   Odd time it will work as expected.  Tried the Screen scaling to 100%, accessibility 100%.

Do you mean the Refresh button in Desktop, could you please provide a screenshot?
