Power BI Service "Upload pbix from SharePoint" broken for Guest Users

The feature to Upload a pbix from OneDrive/SharePoint in the Power BI Service has stopped working for Guest Users. It was working fine up until a few months ago.

We used to be able to "Find a library with a URL", where we'd input a SharePoint URL (to a report or folder) and it would find the report/folder successfully when querying as a Guest User. However, this same behaviour now results in an error (see screenshots).

So, something has changed over the last few months which has broken this experience. As consultants, this workflow is critical for our engagements with clients.

For the moment, there is no feedback from other users who have had a similar experience to you

Have someone else on the same physical network could upload the report?
Please try clear the cache / upload the report from a different physical network or from a cloud VM.

I've tried your suggestions - neither works unfortunately.

We have used this functionality for years, and it has only recently stopped working. At the moment we have to ask our clients to upload the files themselves, which is not scalable. We have confirmed the issue in multiple tenants.
