For some reason, updates in reports of premium versions with an additional update do not work. Everything happens as usual according to the timer, but the data is not pulled up, without errors. All data is available in the database, the license has been purchased. Reports that work fine without a premium version and without an additional update. Local updates work fine, the problem is only observed with the cloud update. The problem started on January 2nd. Is there any information on how to solve this problem?
