Hi, Team
We can see 2 same items (SQL Analytics endpoint) in filter of workspace.
They also have the same icon.
Thanks,
Hong

Hi, @v-cboorla-msft
Thank you for your response.
I found the cause of it. When you create a mirrored database, you should see two SQL Analytics endpoints in the filter pane.
The workspace are a mirrored database item and many Lakehouse items.
When I selected a SQL analytics endpoint in the filter, I could only see a mirrored database item. And I selected another SQL analytics endpoint, I could see Lakehouse items.
Thanks,
Hong

Hi @Hongju_Jung
Thanks for using Microsoft Fabric Community.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
It appears to be an intermittent issue, the following steps may be helpful.
Clear Browsing History and Cache can sometimes resolve intermittent issues.
Try Microsoft Edge: If you are currently using Chrome or Firefox, try switching to Microsoft Edge to see if the issue persists. Edge is the native browser for Microsoft products and might have better compatibility with Microsoft Fabric.
For your reference, I have included a screenshot to illustrate that there do not appear to be any duplicate items present.
If the issue still persists, please do let us know. Glad to help.
I hope this information helps.
Thank you.
