create an attendance zoom slider for progress visual?

Good evening,

I have a school report where I am able to visualize pupils progress as shown below. However, I have been asked to show the progress only for pupils who have 70% attendance or more. Can I create a zoom slicer or some sort of filter for attendance where by selecting a specific % or range, will then update this progress visual?

Thanks

yes, that is possible as long as you can articulate what "70% attendance" means.
