When using a table that is connected via Direct Query, we are limited to ten (10) groups when using the "Create New Group" function. This is very limiting when you do not own the data source. Is there a fix for this?

Hi @Safety_J ,
We can't break the limit of ten groups created in direct Query mode, but we can optimize to reduce the number of groups.
Below is some solutions:
Group Consolidation: Review your existing groups and consolidate them where possible. Combine similar groups or eliminate unnecessary ones to stay within the limit.
Aggregation: Instead of creating separate groups for similar data, consider using aggregation functions within a single group. For example, aggregate sales data by month rather than having ten separate monthly groups.

Hi @Safety_J
AS far as I know there is no workaround, but the topic itself is very interesting for investigation.
