What code should I use to show what position the teams hold? (1-20)

The 1-20 would be permanent to the left of the teams. Also could I have another column showing last weeks position? Screenshot 2023-09-30 170703.png

hi, @WheelchairWilly

 try

rank = rankx('yourtable','yourtable'[points],'yourtable'[points],asc)

here you can also add skip and dense which help  ranks that correspond to elements in ties will be skipped; Dense – all elements in a tie are counted as one. for more information please visit here

if you want to know more about rankx function then visit here

Thanks Dangar332. The RANKX formula does not work because it's too involved in what I want. From the Screenshot all I need is a column showing 1-20 rows. It doesn't need to follow a team because the teams move up/down.Screenshot 2023-10-02 105032.png
