My team is in the process of advancing our auditing (QC) process and we're struggling to find an efficient solution through Power BI. The current process is as follows:
A report is downloaded listing all accounts completed the day prior. We run an Excel macro to filter down how many each account-builder did and then we manually filter their work by a certain percentage. The filtered spreadsheet then gets uploaded to a shared portal and we work off that list and manually check every account in the source system. Any errors noted are logged in a separate shared spreadsheet.
We need to group all the accounts that each account builder has worked to each of their names. We then need to sample each account builder's work by a certain percentage and then select those for review...
Ok. Where are you stuck?
I'm not sure which formulas to use to get this all to work. Does this involve FILTER or MAX/MIN fucntions? Is there an IF SEARCH function available in Power BI?
Hi @Alta88,
Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
