I am getting below error while connecting cosmos DB with Power BI . can any one help me to resolve the issue.
This error is coming for lower env in cosmbos and prod as well .

Thanks for the reply from @amitchandak . I have some more suggestions here that I hope will help you.
1. Make sure you are using the latest version of Power BI Desktop. Download link: Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center
2. Verify the Cosmos DB connection settings in Power BI. Ensure that you follow the correct steps for setup as outlined in the Microsoft documentation. Power BI tutorial for Azure Cosmos DB | Microsoft Learn

@haripp , Start Power BI with Admin privileges and try. Also, increase Data Cache from File -> Options and Settings -> Options -> Data load
@amitchandak thank you for response. unfortunaley ,I still encounter the issue as below .

any suggestions will be helpful as i blocked to connect to cosmos db. I can connect to my local cosmos but when i connec to environment, i am getting an error. this is blocking me.
