RunningAnnualPercentReduced = CALCULATE( SUM('SCEN_COST (2)'[PRICE_RED_PRCNT]), ALLSELECTED('SCE_IMPORT (2)'[SCENARIO]))
When I run this it gives me the total sum of the values on card and does not work with a slicer I have in the report.
I've checked the relationships and they are good. I want the card to show the summed precantage of cost reduction
based on the "Scenario field" in another table being used by the slicer.
I've read through many discussions on this but I still can't find what I'm doing wrong.

Hi @Anonymous ,
What type relationship you use? single or cross filter direction?(single direction filter only works on one table side) It will be help if you share a sample pbix file for test.

I will try switching the direction
to see if this helps.
I was hoping to get some instruction on how to call what the slicer chooses in DAX.
Understanding the relationships and how it impacts each chart/card is something i'm still working on.
