Tableau like Dual chart in Power BI

Hi Everyone,

 

We are currently migrating some reports from Tableau to Power BI. Do we have below dual chart available in Power BI or can we implement something like this in Power BI? Any help is highly appreciated!

I am not sure should about the calculation in your chart but I got the following chart, looks very close. I turned on the Inver Axis and Y axis, added a line chart, and remove the stroke.
