Select a Value with 2 filters

Hi all,
I need to find 1 value in a table with more filters

This is my table

Id	name	mail	level
01	John	john@mycompany.com	1
02	Mark	mark@mycompany.com	2
03	Bill	bill@mycompany.com	1

I need to find the mail filtering name & level

Can somebody help me with dax?
