Report builder how to do this have a list on top of a rectangle or an embedded watermark image??

I have to create a SSRS report that has a sort of logo on the background with data of classes taken for some people. I tried to use a rectangle but a list cannot be on top of a rectangle or an image. How to create those education type of SRRS report that is like those University degree type of transcripts with nice round edges and still show the person class taken, credit hours, grades, when taken professor, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks

You can use image option and add as a background.
