Problems with getting current month/year values

I have question please help.

I'm having a problem. My Field Cap.Date - MonthYear is Text Type, so I can't enter the Now() value in Filter. If I enter the result in the Check Delete Items and Asset First item of Current Month fields, an error will occur.

Expected results
I want Now() to refer to the current month/year result in the Field Cap.Date - MonthYear.

I need a way to do it.
