It's not that this empty, it's just that it's showing you the blank cells of your table first, if you scroll down you'll be able to see your data

DATA IS THERE MY FRIEND!!
data is there in data view tab.
the problem is our excel table has additional rows, therefore we see blank space up ahaead

SOLUTION
delete all unneccsaary rows and you will find your data
or
secondly, sort asceding or descending order a column

Hi @Anonymous ,

By my test with the version of Power BI Desktop Version: 2.99.862.0 64-bit (November 2021), I cannot reproduce your scenario.

Do you have this problem connecting to other data on your personal laptop? What is your test version?Does this table have data in the Power Query Editor? If it is possible, could share a screenshot without privacy information.

Please check if you have enabled filters in Power Query.

If it is convenient, please share the sample data which could reproduce your issue so that I can have a test in my site. You also could have a test with my test excel sheet which has been attached below to check if you will still have the issue.

I have also found a similar post, please refer to it to see if it helps you.

@Anonymous , Try to refresh the table and check does it load any data. If not then open the power query and check for any error of the filter.

If it loads data, then try to click on the column and then on the table and see if it shows data
