Matrix totals without row sub totals

Hi, 

I have a matrix in Power BI. 2 fields in row, 1 in Column and 1 Value.

 

What I'd like is to show the grand total of the row, but not have a sub total for each row. I have tried so many things and looked on so many threads, but still can't get it to work. 

 

I have expanded the row so I can have the values side by side. 

 

Any idea how to get this information please?

On the matrix options you can setup the rows subtotals individually or turn of all of them:
