Last 12M/6M/3M slicer to filter the table visual

Hi,

Can anyone help me with how to create a slicer with Last 12M/6M/3M to filter the table visual which has columns like Rank based on the products sold and other columns like below. Currently i can filter by Month_Year slicer but i wanted to change the slicer to Last12M/6M/3M

Thank you for your help. But I can't fix the months to 12M/6M/3M with the slicer you mentioned and also i dont want to add Date in my table visual. I wanted to add a slicer with just 12M/6M/3M to filter a table visual with the data without date which i have given in my initial post.

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly.
Based on your description, it seems that you want to use the slicer to filter the data for the last 12 months, the last 6 months, etc.
Below is the data I created from the sample you provided.

You might consider creating a relative date slicer to suit your needs.
Please select the your slicer, and in the Format pane, under Visual > Slicer settings > Options, change the Style to Relative Date.
