If Not blank - Formula for two columns

Hello,

 

How to compare two columns and return "0" if both columns are blank and return "1" otherwise. I'm an absolute beginner and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Column =
IF ( AND ( ISBLANK ( Table1[Col1] ), ISBLANK ( Table1[Col2] ) ), 0, 1 )
