IDEA - ISSUE divide 3rd party visuals into sections and list names

I`m posting this here because, weeks ago I pointed out that the IDEA forum is not taking posts, that is still disfunctional.

(and on that note when you post about that problem in the "issue" section it logs it as an "idea".

This probably doesnt appeal to anyone but would be helpful if you are a 3rd party plugin addict.

I would like to divide the drop down menu into sections (like our measures pane in sections according to table),

but here we could create our own custom sections or "new" section and name it, then organize our plugins.

And display as named lists rather than "icon pictures", which just looks like a kaleidescope of madness.

also, ability to widen the pop up menu as with the original side panes.
