Group Parent Customers by similar attributes

Hi I have the following customer data table
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/177fbgW1Hvgs26UC0L0x2YLXhWAl0swbLL8T5jmM2IW0/edit#gid=0

Column 1 - Parent Customer ID

Column 2 - Specific Attributes of the software they are using

Column 3 - Number of users using that attribute

Column 4 - flag if the parent is using the attribute 1 yes 0 no

Is there an efficient neat way I can create groups of parents using the same attribute based on column 4?  I want to know how many different groupings I have, know which Parent IDs (Column 1) are in that group - so I can sum by column 3 or bring in other data for the groupings based on the parent IDs in that group.
